In-home visit/on-site visit

During the in-home visit, we'll walk through each room together to get to know your space better. We'll talk about what’s working, what’s not, and brainstorm ideas for draperies, furnishings, and architectural elements. This meeting helps establish a detailed scope of work, leading to a proposal for services and a design agreement.

Exploring your lifestyle

In this phase, we'll explore how you use your space daily. We’ll discuss your routines, preferred entry points into the different rooms, and take a look at any inspiration you’ve gathered. We’ll also take detailed measurements and provide additional resources such as magazines and books to help refine ideas. Our aim during the kickoff is to ensure the design concept seamlessly integrates with your lifestyle and preferences.

Creating the overall vision

Over the next 4-6 weeks, we start to bring your dream home to life with an initial design concept. Time to get excited as we explore a mood board filled with colors, textures, and patterns, review a schematic floor plan, and align on a preliminary budget. You’ll see and touch your fabric options and key accessories, ensuring the overall design concept resonates with your vision.

Perfecting all the details

In this next phase of the project, my passion for detail truly comes to life. This is where we dive deep into creating a comprehensive design plan. I meticulously source all finishes and furnishings, ensuring they perfectly align with your vision. Coordinating with tradespeople, you get my complete support in securing accurate project quotes. By the end of this phase, you'll see your dream home taking shape with a fully developed design plan.

• Room boards

• Material samples

• Detailed and scaled drawings (including floor plans, furniture plans, lighting plans, reflected ceiling plans, elevations, and detail drawings)

• Detailed specifications (finish and product specifications, including dimensions, descriptions, and pricing)

• Itemized budget for all products and materials

Bringing it all home

With your approved design, everything we’ve dreamed up and thoughtfully curated comes together. Handling everything from ordering and tracking to managing all aspects of the project, you get to enjoy the excitement without the overwhelm and stress. As the design unfolds, I’ll oversee procurement, coordinate with tradespeople, and ensure every detail is perfect.

The final touches

Our journey concludes with a series of carefully planned reveal moments, where we walk through your beautifully transformed home together. Each step ensures that every detail is perfectly curated to your lifestyle and personality. These multiple stages allow us to make adjustments and perfect every aspect, ensuring all the personal touches that matter most to you have a place of their own.
